Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)
Location: Calabar, Nigeria

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to drive product sales and grow customer acquisition within Calabar and its environs. The ideal candidates will be responsible for field sales, lead generation, and direct customer engagement to promote our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote financial products (loans, savings, digital wallets, etc.)
- Actively sell products through face-to-face interactions and fieldwork.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Represent the brand professionally and ethically at all times.
- Report market feedback and competitor activities to the sales supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND (2:2 or Lower Credit).
- Not older than 28 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for performance.
- Must reside or be willing to work in any of the listed locations.
- Must reside in Calabar or be willing to relocate.
- Energetic, proactive, and goal-driven personality.
