Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to join our dynamic sales team. As a DSA, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, marketing financial products, and closing sales within your assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned area.
- Conduct field visits and sales presentations to individuals or corporate clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND (2:2 or Lower Credit).
- Not older than 28 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for performance.
- Must reside or be willing to work in any of the listed locations.
