Job Summary
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for opening new customer accounts. Your role is to take banking directly to the people—by meeting them in markets, streets, offices, and communities to open accounts and bring them into the formal banking system.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers in assigned locations
- Open new customer accounts using provided digital tools or forms
- Ensure minimum deposit of ₦1,000 is collected and recorded for each new account
- Accurately capture customer details and submit reports
- Educate prospects on basic product offerings Represent Awacash in a professional and trustworthy manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Willingness to work in the field and meet daily targets
- Must have an active Android phone. (for mobile account opening)
- Basic understanding of banking and customer engagement
- Previous sales or fieldwork experience is an added advantage
- Must reside in or near the deployment area
