Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Manage all digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and content marketing.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HubSpot).
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversion.
- Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs for all digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to support marketing goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across platforms and campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a digital marketing role, preferably as a manager or lead.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus. Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress is an added advantage.
