Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) from ideation to analysis.
- Optimize SEO & SEM performance for both internal projects and client websites.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Manage and grow social media channels, driving brand engagement and audience growth.
- Analyze metrics and generate reports to measure performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and account managers to deliver high-impact campaigns. Stay current on digital trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, and Canva.
- Experience managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
