Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content to improve organic search rankings, increase visibility, and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, implement on-page/off-page strategies, and monitor performance regularly.
- Manage official social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- Grow followers, improve engagement rates, and strengthen brand presence across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Evaluate ROI, monitor KPIs, and prepare actionable insights to guide strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and the sales team to develop integrated campaigns that support business goals, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and competitor strategies to identify innovative opportunities for brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively across platforms, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI while minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Continuously test ad creatives, targeting, and channels to identify what delivers the best results. Implement data-driven improvements to boost performance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Provide recommendations to management for ongoing digital growth strategies.
