Job Summary:
We are hiring on behalf of our client in the paint industry for the role of Decorative Paint Applicator in Abuja. The ideal candidate will support product sampling, train painters and contractors, and provide technical assistance on-site to address application-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site product sampling and application demonstrations.
- Train painters and contractors on the correct use and application techniques for various decorative paint products.
- Offer technical support and solutions for on-site product complaints.
- Assist the sales team by providing technical insight and support during client engagements.
- Monitor field application results and provide feedback to the technical and sales teams.
- Keep records of training and support visits across assigned locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in decorative paint application or technical support roles.
- Excellent understanding of paint products, surfaces, and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in training delivery.
