We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions across our social media platforms. If you have a passion for excellent service and thrive in fast-paced online environments, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other platforms
- Manage incoming messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically
- Provide accurate information about our products/services
- Monitor and track trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to enhance the customer experience
- Help maintain a positive and engaging online brand presence
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional tone
- Experience handling customer service via social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage high message volumes
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus
- Previous customer service or community management experience is a plus
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive personality

Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
