Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide product/service information, assist with orders, and process returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
Social Media Management Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and post content regularly on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to adjust strategies and optimize results.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Problem-solving attitude and a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service Experience (2years required)
- Social media management (2years required)
- Background in marketing or communications is a plus.
