Job Summary:
Glossy Heritage Media is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Creative Director / Operations Manager to lead client projects, oversee content teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid leadership role combining strategic vision with hands-on execution — perfect for someone who thrives in both creative and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Oversight
- Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions for content, campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Translate client briefs into actionable creative plans and timelines
- Review and approve all outgoing creative assets (designs, video edits, content plans)
- Supervise the Media and Marketing team to ensure alignment with client goals
- Ensure brand consistency and creativity across all client accounts
- Manage content calendars, project timelines, and team schedules.
Operations Management:
- Manage workflows, team task assignments, project timelines, team schedules
- Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure smooth communication and deliverables
- Maintain internal SOPs and ensure teams adhere to operational standards
- Set up clear internal systems for task tracking
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews of team members
- Handle internal scheduling, reporting, and team check-ins
- Maintain a high bar for creative quality, time management, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in a similar creative/operations leadership role (preferably in a media or marketing agency)
- Strong understanding of branding, content development, and social media strategy
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills
- Strong leadership presence and communication abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools like Trello, Google Workspace, Canva, and basic editing apps
- Experience working with clients in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus
- Ability to switch between creative thinking and operations planning with ease
