About the Role
We are looking for a Content Writing, Social Media & Blog Officer with expertise in content writing, social media management, email marketing, financial blogging, newsletter development, web content creation, and content publication to join our innovative team at HelloMe. This role is crucial in shaping our online presence, driving engagement, and building brand authority in the cross-border fintech space.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, managing newsletters, and crafting high-quality financial blog content that aligns with our fintech products and services. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team, product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and implement content strategies that effectively communicate our payment solutions and digital innovations.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
· Write, create, and publish web content (homepages, product pages, landing pages, FAQs) optimized for SEO performance and conversion goals.
· Create, write, and schedule original and curated content across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
· Write and respond to customer emails.
· Handle requests received from the Customer Support Department.
· Review and reply to all outgoing emails to customers.
· Proofread and write content for the website and app.
· Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
· Create compelling Financial blog content that highlights fintech trends, cross-border payments, and digital financial services.
· Optimize all content (blog posts, captions, hashtags, etc.) for SEO to increase website traffic and visibility.
· Coordinate and manage the publication of all digital content across blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
· Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
· Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing users and attract new customers.
· Develop automated email workflows for customer onboarding, product updates, newsletters, and promotional offers.
· Use newsletter tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.) to create and distribute high-quality fintech-related content.
· Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.
· Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and engineering teams to create fintech-focused content that aligns with product launches and company objectives.
· Create and manage landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers to showcase HelloMe’s fintech solutions.
· Integrate content marketing efforts with lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition.
· Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email and blog content for better engagement.
· Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp Reports) to measure campaign success.
· Track KPIs such as website traffic, engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
· Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
· 3+ years of proven experience in content writing, social media management, email marketing, financial blogging, newsletter development, web content creation, and content publication across digital platforms.
· Strong understanding of fintech, payments, and financial technology trends.
· Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.) and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
· Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and audience targeting strategies.
· Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
· Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
· Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content curation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment and adapt to changing industry trends.
