‼We’re Hiring: Content & Social Media Associate (Hybrid/Site-Based Role)
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented individual (aged 26 or younger) to join our team as a Content & Social Media Associate. This role involves regularly visiting work sites to capture behind-the-scenes content, document project progress, and manage our online presence. You’ll also report on site activities and assist with digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit sites regularly to record videos, take photos, and gather project content
- Edit and publish high-quality video and visual content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Post daily updates, BTS content, progress highlights, and team activities
- Provide weekly reports with media assets and status updates on each active project
- Support the Team Lead with admin tasks and communication as needed

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Comfortable working on-site, capturing raw footage, and interacting with the team
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere (or similar) and Instagram tools
- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Must be based in Lagos and able to commute to various sites
