Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create original, on-brand content across social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and the company website.
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized copy for social media posts, blog articles, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Design high-quality visual and multimedia content (images, videos, reels, GIFs) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, or Figma.
- Plan, launch, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and audience insights to refine and evolve content strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster audience engagement and community growth.
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, web traffic, conversions) and prepare insightful reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content efforts with business goals. Continuously experiment with content formats, storytelling techniques, and performance optimization.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator/Writer, or Digital Marketer.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in visual content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc.).
- Experience managing social media ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ad, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic video editing and motion design skills are a plus. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand tone, style, and consistency
