Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with strong business and customer focus
- Telephone Handling Skills
- Good typing skills
- Ability to engage and interact with customers.
- Problem Solving Skills
- Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- NYSC completion or Exemption Certificate
- Minimum one year in customer care/contact center experience preferably in a financial institution.
- Qualifications BSc/HND/BED in Finance, Business, marketing or a related field.
- Deep understanding and experience in financial/Investment product.
- Ability to process Retail Loan tasks, collections and any tele-sales functions assigned.
