Responsibilities:

GDS & Booking Management:

• Process reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours via Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo.
• Ensure accurate ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
Monitor fare rules, availability, and seat allocations.

OTA Platform Operations:

• Manage and optimize the online booking engine for maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to GDS-OTA integrations.
Update inventory, pricing, and promotions in real time.

Customer & Vendor Relations:

• Assist B2C and B2B clients with bookings, modifications, and travel advisories.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for contracts/commission setups.
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Promote deals, packages, and loyalty programs to boost bookings.
• Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies for competitiveness.
Upsell ancillary services (travel insurance, visas, upgrades).

Reporting & Compliance:

• Generate sales reports, track KPIs, and identify improvement areas.
Ensure compliance with airline/hotel policies and IATA/PCI standards.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a GDS Agent, Travel Consultant, or OTA Manager.
• Expertise in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of B2C/B2B travel tech (CRS, IBE, metasearch).
• Tech-savvy with OTA platforms, APIs, and booking engines.
• Excellent communication (verbal/written) and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
