Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and layouts
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records and maps
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate property measurements
- Identify and resolve boundary disputes and issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide expert advice on land surveying matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
- Relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and technologies
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
