The Company Site Representative will be responsible for overseeing property sites, ensuring compliance with company standards, coordinating with the MD and contractors, managing on-site activities, and providing real-time updates to the management team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Calculates the cost of materials, labor, and other expenses for the project.
- Prepares detailed cost estimates and budgets for the project.
- Coordinate the mobilization of personnel, equipment, and materials to the site.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of the construction process to identify any issues or non-compliance.
- Ensure the building is constructed according to the approved plans, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Prepares detailed cost estimates and budgets for the project
- Conduct risk assessment for project activities and prepare the HSE documents for review and approval.
- Conduct HSE induction for new staff.
- Facilitate HSE meetings on-site.
- Supervise to ensure the safe delivery of the project. Report unsafe act.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
