We’re Hiring: CNG Operations Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CNG Operations Officer to oversee the efficient, safe, and timely delivery of CNG trucks and skids to customers. This role involves supervising operations, monitoring logistics activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate reports in line with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the logistics of delivering CNG trucks and skids to customers efficiently.
Monitor customer flow rates and ensure timely skid supply.
Ensure safe on-site delivery of CNG with zero damage, adhering to company standards.
Supervise and account for daily skid inventory in coordination with the control room.
Inspect all incoming and outgoing trucks/skids at the mother station to detect defects.
Monitor trucks in transit, providing support in case of breakdowns or traffic disruptions.
Notify Plant Manager and stakeholders of delays due to emergencies or congestion.
Accurately record all truck and skid movements daily between mother and daughter stations.
Maintain effective communication with drivers, operators, and control room teams.
Conduct monthly site visits to daughter stations, monitoring delivery efficiency and discipline.
Investigate and report accidents or near-misses, and prepare detailed reports when necessary.
Submit timely operational reports to Plant and HQ management.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage emergencies effectively.
