Job Description/Requirements
In this position, you will be an integral member of the Clinical Operations team helping to support the development and refinement of AI tools focused on health-related conversations. You will work closely with internal teams across product, clinical, and engineering to ensure that user interactions with Kem, our AI-based virtual health companion, are of the highest quality, clinically appropriate, and aligned with organizational goals.
You will be expected to critically evaluate conversations between our AI-health chatbot, Kem, and members, escalating any issues, inaccuracies, or concerns, and providing constructive feedback to help improve the model. You will analyze patterns and trends in Kem’s performance and user behavior, turning these insights into actionable reports and briefings for team members. Your ability to synthesize data and communicate findings will be critical in providing the most holistic care experience to our members.
Along with the leadership team, you will foster a culture of quality, responsibility, and collaboration. A balance of technical acumen and clinical understanding is important for this role. You must be willing to work with data regularly and use tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, and any other tools provided to organize, track, and share your findings. Our team values flexibility, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to improve digital health tools at scale. As a growing organization, some role fluidity and cross-functional work should be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clinical and product teams to review Kem-member chat transcripts for clinical accuracy, appropriateness, and tone.
- Escalate conversations that pose clinical, ethical, or content risks to the appropriate team members.
- Identify and document patterns in chatbot errors or user feedback and recommend areas for improvement.
- Regularly organize and update a centralized tracking system to monitor trends, feedback, and flagged conversations.
- Use Google Sheets to log and analyze data; maintain clean, well-structured spreadsheets for reporting purposes. Experience or comfort in coding/scripting and/or working with Airtable is a plus (but not required).
- Create and present reports to team members summarizing key findings from conversation reviews and data trends.
- Innovate on new workflows and processes that improve review and data workflows; identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing operational procedures.
- Maintain a high attention to detail, critical thinking, and objectivity in reviewing member interactions with AI tools. Collaborate with technical, clinical, and operational stakeholders to support a high-quality digital health experience.
Requirements:
- MD or MBBS or RN required.
- Additional graduate degree preferred e.g. MBA. MPH, MSc.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in clinical medicine.
- Project management experience required

- Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute on tight timelines, and juggle competing priorities.
