Job Summary:
My client is seeking a proactive and personable Client Liaison Officer to serve as the primary point of contact between our healthcare organization and our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional client service, manage inquiries, and support smooth communication across departments to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Prior experience (1 year) in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Perks:
₦100,000 transport allowance during training. (1 month training)
Training days: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4 pm, Saturday 8:30 am-1:00 pm
