Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cinema Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Cinema Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cinema, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. The role involves business planning, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to improve overall efficiency. The Cinema Manager will also handle budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating special events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales Operations
- Previous experience in cinema management or the entertainment industry is an advantage
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Must have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience
