We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring excellent kitchen hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of meals (local and/or continental dishes as required)
- Ensure all meals are cooked on time, with high-quality presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients and supplies
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Innovate and introduce new dishes periodically
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Ability to cook a wide range of meals (local and/or continental)
- Culinary certification or formal training is an added advantage
- Must be clean, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Strong sense of taste and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Trustworthy and dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦90,000.00 per month
