Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring alignment with the company's market goals.
  • Design and implement partner incentive programs to drive sales performance.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with partners to assess performance.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on channel sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to manage joint opportunities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner Enablement and Training
  • Develop and deliver training programs for channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and value propositions.
  • Provide marketing and technical support to enhance partner capability
and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine channel strategies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product development and service improvements based on partner and customer insights.
  • Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all channel activities comply with the company's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on channel sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities to senior leadership.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in channel or partner sales management, preferably in the business technology solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing channel relationships.
  • Experience in multi-industry client engagement is highly desirable.
  • Certification in sales management, such as the Certified Sales Executive (CSE)
  • Technical certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert for technology alignment or equivalent.
  • Training in partner management tools, such as Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM).
