Reports to: The Accountant/Manager/HR Manager Key Responsibilities: - Collect payments from customers, process and record sales from from waiters/waitresses and bartenders daily. - Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately and efficiently - Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain accurate records of transactions
