We are seeking a passionate and experienced Café & Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations at our café and bakery located in GRA, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service, maintain high product quality, and drive overall business performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the café and bakery, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including bakers, baristas, and waitstaff
- Maintain quality control over food and beverage preparation, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective stock levels
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Monitor financial performance, prepare sales reports, and meet revenue targets
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Café/Bakery Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and café/bakery operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset and excellent problem-solving skills Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
