Job Title: Sales Manager – Bakery

Reports to: Head, Sales – B2B
Salary range : 250,000# - 350,000# Net
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead the sales of Self-Adhesive Tape – Bag Neck Sealing (BNS) in the bakery sector. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, have a solid background in sales to bread manufacturers, and be familiar with bakery packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales of Self-Adhesive Tape (BNS) in the bakery sector.
- Identify and onboard dealers across Nigeria for BNS tape.
- Prepare trial reports for large bakery clients.
- Forecast and prepare monthly/yearly product-wise budgets.
- Submit daily call reports and ensure end-of-day reporting.
- Coordinate order approvals with Customer Service.
- Collaborate with Customer Service for timely payment collection.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
- 3–5 years of experience selling bread nylon to bread manufacturers.
- Experience working with bakery material suppliers and larger bakeries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and professionalism.
