A fast-growing printing press in Onipanu, Lagos, is seeking a Business Manager to lead daily operations, support team efficiency, and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Plan and implement staff training and development programs
- Manage invoicing, follow up on payments, and track accounts receivable
- Supervise expense tracking, payroll, and basic financial reporting
- Ensure production timelines and quality standards are consistently met Assist with marketing efforts and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
- Strong understanding of business operations and workflows
- Prior experience in the printing or production industry is an added advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic accounting software/tools
