Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Business Strategy and Revenue Officer to lead our growth and execution efforts. This role combines business development, strategic planning, and operational oversight to drive revenue, manage key projects, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with the CEO to translate vision into strategy and strategy into action while supervising internal teams, managing client engagements, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and revenue models.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and supervise junior staff.
- Support client acquisition and relationship management.
- Ensure alignment between operational activities and strategic goals. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and report insights to leadership.

1. Strategic Thinking with Revenue Focus:
The ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including existing initiative that aligns with the company’s vision and directly drive revenue growth.
- This includes identifying new business opportunities, monetization strategies, partnerships, and emerging markets (especially within media, content, training, and digital platforms).
2. Project & Operations Leadership
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects , ensuring timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics are met.
- Must be able to coordinate teams, oversee daily operations, and translate strategy into actionable tasks that are tracked and delivered.
3. Client and Market Development Skills
- A proactive business developer who can attract, nurture, and manage client relationships , across revenue value chains, e.g training programs, brand partnerships, or sponsorship opportunities among others Strong interpersonal and communication skills to represent the company, pitch offerings, and close deals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience with proven track record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have knowledge of modern tools that support efficiency, productivity and revenue optimization.
