Role Description

Preparing Quotations and Pro Forma Invoices.

Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Following up on emails and customer requests.

Visit old and prospective clients

Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams.

Keeping abreast of industry trends.

Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the safety equipment, oil & gas, or related industries is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in using microsoft office.
