As we grow, we're looking for a driven and charismatic **Business Development Officer** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who understands the creative industry and thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and markets.

* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, from small startups to established brands.

* Craft compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.

* Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align business goals with our service offerings.

* Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to represent the agency and grow our presence.

* Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for internal review.

* Maintain a solid understanding of market trends, client challenges, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a service-based industry

- Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

* Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written.

* Confident, self-motivated, and persuasive, with a passion for connecting with people.

* Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

* A background in marketing, communications, or design is a plus.

- Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in the industry

- Ability to consistently generate at least 5 new leads per month and close a minimum of 3 deals per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
