ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Business Development Officer (Volunteer) to support our growth and partnership efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in business strategy, sales development, and relationship building in a fast-growing, impact-driven organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships across all subsidiaries
- Conduct market research to support strategic planning and revenue-generation goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Support outreach campaigns (email, social media, events) and track engagement metrics
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership materials Collaborate with marketing team to align initiatives
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a growth mindset
- Prior experience in business, marketing is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
