Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the security sector, including background verification, physical security, and security technologies.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery.
- Develop and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contracts are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Monitor and report on business development metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue projections. Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven business development experience in the security sector or related industries.
- Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of security industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Experience with sales pipeline management and CRM tools.
