Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research, creating and executing business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends and providing insights to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
- Experience in developing and executing business strategies
- Knowledge of the cosmetics or natural beauty industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Strong organizational and time management skills
