Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Develop data-driven strategies for business expansion.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage high-value prospects through cold outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Structure and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales pipeline development, meet/exceed revenue targets, and explore new revenue streams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Autonomous Execution: Operate with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a results-driven approach.
- Business Acumen: Understand financial metrics, industry dynamics, and customer pain points to position solutions effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal/written communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Business Savvy: Deep understanding of market dynamics, financial drivers, and customer needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
