We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue through targeted strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present company offerings to prospective clients in a compelling and consultative manner.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and develop targeted campaigns.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, pipelines, and forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B services.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Existing network of industry contacts is a plus.
