Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our software and technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry, excellent networking skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for software and technology products in target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their value and ROI.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline status to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve solutions based on customer insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management in the software/tech industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or IT products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
