We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to
join our team in the medical equipment division. The successful candidate will be responsible
for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and
promoting our range of medical equipment products to healthcare facilities, distributors, and
key decision-makers.
Job Description
Manage office operations, documentation, inventory, and correspondence to ensure
smooth daily activities across the equipment and diagnostic centre.
➢ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and service providers; manage
inquiries, follow-ups, scheduling, and after-sales support.
➢ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical equipment sales; follow up
on leads, prepare quotations, and close deals in alignment with business targets.
➢ Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (email, social media,
and search engines) to promote equipment and diagnostic services.
➢ Develop compelling content for social media, websites, brochures, and online ads,
while ensuring brand consistency and medical accuracy.
➢ Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate records of customer
interactions, purchases, and marketing performance.
➢ Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences; prepare
reports to guide business and marketing strategy.
➢ Organize exhibitions, health fairs, and outreach programs to showcase products and
services; liaise with schools, hospitals, and organizations for partnerships.
➢ Ensure that all documentation (quotations, invoices, contracts) for equipment sales and
diagnostic services is well-prepared, stored, and in compliance with company policies.
➢ Present and demonstrate medical equipment to healthcare facilities, hospitals, labs, and
diagnostic centres.
➢ Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
➢ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and
referrals.
➢ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
➢ Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Benefits
Bonus Structure Amount N150,000.00 per month.
The Company offers a Bonus structure for all staffs which covers:
- 2.5% commission on the total value of medical equipment sales generated directly by you.
- 2.5% performance commission upon the achievement of the agreed monthly business
targets.
