? Your Mission
We’re looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Executive to bring in clients from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Your job is simple:
- Connect with potential business clients (SMBs, startups, entrepreneurs)
- Pitch Elarion’s value
- Close deals and hand them over to the operations team
? Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads in targeted regions
Reach out via email, LinkedIn, calls, or platforms like Upwork/Clutch
Explain Elarion’s services clearly and pitch based on need, not features
Set up intro meetings or directly close deals
Maintain a basic CRM or lead tracker
Collaborate weekly with the founder/team on strategy -
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have experience in B2B or agency sales (1+ year preferred, but not mandatory)
Speak English fluently and confidently (Mandatory)
Know how to build trust fast and listen to client pain points
Understand outsourcing, remote work, or staffing basics
Have access to a laptop, internet, and are self-managed
Are results-driven and prefer commissions over fixed salary -
