Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track and report key performance metrics and sales data.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- NYSC discharge certificate is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven, proactive, and resilient personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
