We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and experienced Business Developer to drive growth and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, particularly in oil & gas tendering, project cargo logistics, and freight quotation preparation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and the oil and gas sectors
- Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bids for oil and gas projects
- Coordinate and manage project cargo logistics, including heavy-lift and over-dimensional shipments
- Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations tailored to client specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and key industry stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings.
- Staying current in the industry by attending oil and gas opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, oil and gas, or related field
- 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within logistics or oil & gas
- Proven experience with tender submissions and technical documentation
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding and project cargo handling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
