As we expand into new territories, we are looking for result-oriented professionals to join our team in Eket and help strengthen our presence in the South-South region.
Role Overview
As a Business and Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for identifying leads, initiating and managing strategic partnerships, expanding our client base, and promoting our full range of services across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners in key industries.
- Promote Ron Energy’s services (HR outsourcing, construction, procurement, energy, and more).
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships and networks.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and report competitive intelligence.
- Work with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Akwa ibom and the South-South business environment is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Prior experience in energy, construction, procurement, or HR services is a plus.
