Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in workflow automation, preferably in banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for automation
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Design process flows and mockups using tools like Newgen
- Work with developers to implement, test, and deploy workflows
Required Skills:
- 6+ year experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Hands-on experience with BPM platforms
- Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
