Job Summary
Our client is provider of a range of engineering & asset integrity services to the oil & gas sector in the Gulf of Guinea who is seeking to hire an experienced Business Process Analyst to join their organization and help generate, improve, streamline, and manage the company’s business processes to meet its business needs.
Job Description:
- The business process analyst will be responsible for preparing, drafting, improving, and implementing high quality procedures. This substantiates the use of business process management computer software (BPM) to generate, organize, and automate them.
- He will contribute to the improvements of our operations by participating in the implementation of an ERP system, generating company-wide processes, reorganizing processes, redesigning processes, or changing processes to increase efficiency.
- he will be reporting directly to Managing Director, the business process analyst will be a facilitator for process generation & improvement initiatives of the group and across all business & functional units of the organization in line with the group mission, vision, values, and objectives.
- The business process analyst will also be in charge of facilitating workshops and working with and training end-user teams for business processes use.
- You will also have document control duties including but not limited to setting up a document control system across the group and training end users.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business process and workflows.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Business Process analysis and improvement
- Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
- Attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience in conglomerates or related industries is an advantage
