- Assist in coordinating procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes.
- Track shipments, liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide first-line customer support through email communications.
- Work closely with the email team to manage inquiries, complaints, and updates.
- File entries and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for operations records.
- Research trade and import requirements to support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, import/export regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administrative Studies or related discipline.
- One (1 ) year experience in logistics/supply chain operations; NYSC members are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience with customer service and professional email communication.
- Strong organizational, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Preferably female for gender balance.
