This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and is looking to grow within a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable and customer invoicing
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial data
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare and submit VAT and other tax-related filings as needed
• Support preparation of management reports and financial statements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational finance needs
Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (BSc Accounting preferred)
• AAT certification or currently at the Skills or Professional level of an accounting-chartered program (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• 2-3 hands on experience in accounting and related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., ZohoBooks, QuickBooks, Xero or similar)
• Familiarity with multi-currency accounting
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
