Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at our Lagos office. The Associate will be responsible for handling various legal tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and assisting in dispute resolution. They will work closely with senior lawyers to ensure that clients' needs are met with the highest standards of legal practice. The role also involves attending client meetings, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on legal developments.
Qualifications

• Legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice
• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and representing clients in court
• Strong understanding of commercial litigation, intellectual property, and company secretariat services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and relevant legal qualifications
Adherence to the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism
