URGENT VACANCY

ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of aluminium and glass window/door projects. The successful candidate will handle our architectural windows design with Projects supervision. The candidates would sometimes be in office but more visitation to site to oversee ongoing projects.

Architectural Design & Coordination:

• Interpret architectural drawings and client specifications to develop suitable aluminium and glazing solutions.
• Prepare design concepts, detailed drawings, Windows drawings, and other industry relevant drawings.
• Provide technical support in selecting appropriate aluminium systems and hardware for windows, doors, curtain walls, and facades.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and performance.
• Participate in site inspection and measurements.

Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution and handover.

• Develop project timelines, resource plans, and budgets.

• Supervise and monitor fabrication and installation activities to ensure quality and compliance.

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and resolve issues.

• Ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and systems.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on expectations.

• Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance as required.

• Present project updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree/HND in Architecture

• 3years of experience in Project Management with strong supervisory skills

• Proficient in the use of Autocad and Revit

• A good communication and written skills

• A good active listener with good interpersonal skills.
