A construction company is looking to hire an
Architect to join their team. The architect would be involved in the planning, design, and supervision of construction projects.The company undertakes Residential, Commercial, and Industrial construction projects in different geopolitical zones of the country. Also, they do a full turnkey project from the design stage through the construction stage for individuals and corporate clients. They have a strong staff strength about half of which are direct industry professionals. The company is managed by a team of seasoned professionals and retains quality delivery and clients’ satisfaction, as its core values has remained its key success factors over the years. Job Overview Minimum Qualification: A Bachelors degree or HND in Architecture
Experience Level: Intermediary level
Experience Length: 3-5 years Job Description
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports, design proposals and Construction documentation.
- Proficient in use of Design Software (Autodesk Revit, Archicad etc) as well as software for project management, communication and collaboration.
- Able to Analyze and review drawings and Bills of quantity.
- Able to coordinate site meetings with clients and contractors and work efficiently in a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects. Making site visits to check on progress.

Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or HND in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of work experience as an Architect.
- Must be very proficient in the use of design software like Autodest Revit, Archicad, Sketchup, e.t.c.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills (Both written and spoken)
- Good time management skills. Analytical Competence.
