A top Interior Design firm is hiring an Architect/3d Visualizer to join their team. The ideal candidate should be very proficient in concept development and 3D visualization. He/she should have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
Job Overview Minimum Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry/Intermediary level Experience Length: At least 2 years Key Responsibilities

• Concept development for interior design projects.
• Production of 3D models and renderings for presentations.
Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans and schemes, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Job Requirements

• A minimum requirement of a BSc degree in Architecture.
• Animation skills would be a plus.
• Must be proficient in concept development and 3D visualization.
• Ability to produce high quality, photorealistic architectural/interior still images and animations.
• Ability to use Autodesk Revit and any of Sketchup, 3D Max, Lumion or any other 3D modeler.
• Ability to create models from floor plans, sketches, and elevations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills with a good awareness of design trends.
• Should be able to collaborate and work well with other members of the team.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
