Aesthetician / Spa Therapist
Location: Skingenic Pro Esthetics, Lagos, Nigeria
Reports To: Clinic Manager / Lead Aesthetician
About the Role:
Skingenic Pro Esthetics is seeking a professional and experienced Aesthetician / Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality, results-driven treatments to our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced and routine skincare and body treatments while upholding the highest standard of client care and professionalism that reflects the Skingenic Pro brand.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide facial treatments (routine, corrective, advanced) including cleansing facials, acne facials, extractions, dermaplaning, and other skin-focused services.
Administer professional massage therapy and body treatments, ensuring clients' comfort and satisfaction.
Perform pedicures, waxing (face and body), and other grooming services to high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and Skingenic Pro products.
Conduct skin consultations to assess skin health and recommend appropriate services and homecare routines.
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet sanitation, hygiene, and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate client records and document treatments performed and results achieved.
Uphold the Skingenic Pro Esthetics values in service delivery, client care, and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year professional experience in aesthetics or spa therapy.
Formal training and certification in aesthetics, massage therapy, waxing, and skincare.
Confidence working with various skin types and skin concerns.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High standard of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
Passionate about skincare, wellness, and client transformation.
Preferred Skills:
Additional training in advanced facial techniques, microneedling, laser, or body contouring is an advantage.
Knowledge of skincare ingredients and product recommendations.
